Role Mission and Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategies/plans to achieve growth
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends. Make informed decisions of what should we experiment with.
  • Monitor market dynamics, including consumer preferences, industry trends, and regulatory changes, and adjust category strategies accordingly.
  • Think of optimization strategies to increase the customer value propositions
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional plans to drive growth and increase brand visibility.
  • Analyze data and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product developments, and emerging technologies relevant for the category.
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams, including sales representatives and marketing managers, to ensure the successful execution of category strategies.
  • Creating leading customer value proposition and ensuring maximum traction on digital assets of Adani Digital Labs.
  • Clear communicator with proven ability to create and drive outcomes through strong collaboration with stakeholders, and manage multiple priorities at once.
