Job Summary: The Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and defining business requirements to improve processes, systems, and applications. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to understand their needs, documenting requirements, and facilitating communication between business teams and IT professionals. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements. Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather relevant information. Analyze and document business processes, systems, and workflows. Evaluate and prioritize requirements based on business goals and objectives. Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements documents (BRD), functional specifications, and use cases. Ensure documentation is up-to-date and reflects any changes in business processes. Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams. Communicate effectively to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights. Ensure data accuracy and integrity for decision-making processes. Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency. Propose and implement solutions to enhance business operations. Collaborate with testing teams to ensure that solutions meet business requirements. Participate in the development and execution of test plans. Assist in the development of change management strategies. Support the implementation of new processes or systems. Develop training materials and provide training sessions to end-users. Offer support during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
