Job Description The Relationship Officer/Manager is tasked with acquiring new customers for mortgage/home loans products for the NBFC. The role primarily involves building and nurturing strong relationships with potential customers to promote the company's mortgage products and drive business growth. Requirements Proactively acquire new customers for mortgage products offered by the NBFC. Develop and maintain trusting relationships with prospective customers. Actively promote and showcase the benefits of the company's mortgage products to potential clients. Engage with customers through various channels such as meetings, presentations, and site visits. Execute marketing and branding activities to enhance visibility and attract potential customers. Source leads within the target market and effectively manage lead generation activities. Ensure efficient handling of documentation processes related to customer acquisition. Focus on achieving and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Provide accurate and transparent information to customers regarding mortgage products and processes. Adhere to all regulatory guidelines and compliance requirements. Requirements "1. Must be a graduate from any stream 2. Should have minimum 1 year of experience in nbfc sales 3. Candidates with prior experience in team handling will have an added advantage 4. Open to travel 5. Must have good communication skills"
