We at United Breweries are looking for Regional Sales Excellence and RTC Manager with 8+ years of relevant experience based at Delhi location. Key Accountabilities: Develop and execute strategies to optimize sales performance and enhance the route to consumer for the company's products in the assigned region. Drive sales excellence by analyzing market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies and ensure effective implementation of sales and route to consumer initiatives. Design and implement sales processes, tools, and systems to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. Provide leadership and support to the sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving sales targets. Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics, such as revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed. Identify and develop key accounts and strategic partnerships to expand the company's customer base and market reach in the region. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to sales and route to consumer strategies. Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as distributors, retailers, and channel partners, to optimize the route to consumer and ensure effective distribution and availability of products. Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and route to consumer strategies in the assigned region.
