Job profile :
Lead the technology Architecture and Deliveries for the specific unit. You will be responsible for overseeing the design and delivery of Products for our customers. You will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to define architectural solutions, lead project teams through the delivery process, and ensure successful implementation of technology solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Enterprise Architecture: - Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, encompassing application architecture, and integration architecture. to guide technology design and implementation across various customers. Technically troubleshoot, guide and support the team on cloud based implementation
2. Technology Delivery - Lead the delivery of technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and strategic objectives, manage project execution, including monitoring progress, managing risks and issues, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
3. Stakeholder Engagement - Engage with business leaders, customers to understand their technology needs, priorities, and challenges, present architectural proposals, roadmaps, and recommendations to stakeholders, and solicit feedback and buy-in, build strong relationships with stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor on technology matters.
4. Quality Assurance and Governance: Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure compliance with architectural standards, policies, and best practices, Conduct architecture reviews and quality assurance activities to ensure adherence to architectural principles and guidelines, monitor project performance and outcomes, and conduct post-implementation reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 20+ years of proven experience in enterprise architecture, solution delivery, and project management, with a track record of successfully leading complex cloud based deliveries and implementations.
- Strong technical background with expertise in architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF), application development methodologies
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
