Job Summary:

We seek a dynamic and self-motivated Business Development Executive to join our clients.team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth through field operations, focusing on engaging with salons and promoting our services. This role requires strong communication skills in Hindi and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:


Conduct field visits to engage with salon owners and promote our services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Actively pursue new business opportunities and generate leads through fieldwork.

Present company offerings to potential clients and negotiate contracts.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Provide timely reports and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:


Minimum 6 months of experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in a field-based position.

Fluent in Hindi with excellent communication skills.

Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment and meet sales goals.

Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Willingness to work 6 days a week on a rotational shift basis.

Comfortable with full-time employment.

Familiarity with using time tracking tools for efficient work management.

Salary and Benefits:


Salary range: INR 18,000 to 23,000 per month, based on experience and performance.
