About BD Role:

The Business Development Executive will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and prospect management along with garnering and meeting with potential partners.

HUDLE partners are all kinds of sports facilities – whether privately owned or managed or located inside educational institutes or inside members’ only clubs. This role is based in Delhi.


The BDE is expected to onboard sports facilities on Hudle within their assigned region. The candidate must be industrious, first principal thinker, integral in approach, and highly coachable. Leadership qualities and willingness to learn are highly desirable.


Duties & Responsibilities:

●     Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partners

●     Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.

●     Building business relationships with current and potential partners

●     Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences

●     Maintaining a database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective partner information.

●     Onboarding Sports facilities on Hudle


Requirements & Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi)


●     Graduation in any specialization

●     Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential

customers

●     Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client

●     Comfortable working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

●     Self-motivated and willing to learn. Interest in sports & fitness is a bonus.

●     Ready to work in a dynamic, start-up environment
