Inside Sales Executive - USA Region

Job Summary : We are hiring two Inside Sales profiles for both Senior (5-10 Yrs) and Mid/Junior (2-4 yrs) positions with proven Inside sales experience demonstrating a track record of exceeding sales in North America region. The Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and leads through proactive outreach and effective communication strategies. This role entails understanding customer needs, promoting our services, and achieving lead targets. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to business growth. Inside sales experience in cybersecurity industry is a great plus, but not mandatory.


Job Location: Hyderabad (Work from office, Hybrid Mode)


Key Responsibilities :


  • Conduct outbound prospecting and lead generation activities to identify potential prospects.
  • Engage with prospects and customers via phone calls, emails, and online channels to understand their requirements and present relevant service offerings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies and tactics that align with company objectives.
  • Meet or exceed lead targets by effectively managing a lead pipeline.
  • Provide accurate and timely lead forecasts, reports, and market feedback to the sales management team.
  • Continuously expand product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends to articulate value propositions and address customer needs effectively.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to support lead-generation campaigns, promotional activities, and content development.
  • Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and sales opportunities.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to enhance sales skills and knowledge.


Qualifications and Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in Inside sales, International BPO, and telemarketing preferably in a B2B environment both Inbound and Outbound.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and build rapport with customers over the phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Experience in aggressive cold calling with a combination of emails and research activities
  • Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple prospects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant sales software.
