Your work profile


As an Assistant Manager in our GES Tax Team, you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations:


  • Conducting immigration briefing call with assignee to share the process and understand the requirement from immigration perspective.
  • Advising client on appropriate type of visa requirement and/ or address any queries related to India immigration
  • Preparing package for Inbound visas (foreign nationals coming to India) – Briefing, online form filling, preparing draft letters, preparing submission package, scheduling call with assignee to discuss the submission process.
  • Preparing package for FRRO related work and OCI card - Briefing, creating User registration in FRRO Portal, online form filling, preparing draft letters, preparing submission package, scheduling call with assignee to discuss the submission process.
  • Assisting client with Form C compliance
  • Tracking of each case - updating Deloitte tools on real time basis and also updating client as per expectation ie bi-weekly or every alternate days.
  • Training and guiding team on filing the online application, preparing draft letters, preparing submission package, etc so that they work efficiently.
  • Leading and managing the team.
  • Monitor work for each allocated staff.
  • Taking trainings including topics related to immigration
  • Giving inputs /suggestions on process and technology improvements
  • Preparing various management reports




Desired qualifications

  • Graduate or Postgraduate
  • 1 year plus experience in India Inbound Immigration
  • Strong Technical Knowledge
  • Well versed with IT skills - proficient in use of technology
  • Analytical thinking & clarity of Concepts
  • Effective communication (oral& written) and presentation skills
  • Good Management Skill (Time & Cost)
  • People’s person
  • Persistent and persuasive



Location and way of working

  • Base location: Gurgaon/Mumbai
  • This profile involves occasional travelling to client locations OR this profile does not involve extensive travel for work.
  • Hybrid is our default way of working. Each domain has customized the hybrid approach to their unique needs.
