Job Summary:

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Curriculum Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, designing, and implementing effective curricula that cater to all age groups and meet the educational standards of our network. This role is perfect for individuals with a background in teaching, instructional design, or educational leadership who are passionate about shaping the future of education.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze educational trends, best practices, and online resources to develop engaging and impactful curricula.
  • Collaborate with teachers, school leaders, and subject matter experts to ensure the curriculum aligns with educational goals and standards.
  • Design lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools that cater to diverse learning styles and needs.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates of the curriculum to ensure its relevance and effectiveness.
  • Provide training and support to teachers in implementing the curriculum and adopting innovative teaching methodologies.
  • Monitor and evaluate the impact of the curriculum on student learning outcomes and make necessary adjustments.
  • Contribute to the professional development of educators within our network by sharing insights and best practices in curriculum development.


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education, Curriculum Development, Instructional Design, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • At least 3-5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a leadership role or with exposure to curriculum development.
  • Familiarity with CBSE, ICSE, IGCSE, and IB curriculums is highly advantageous.
  • Strong understanding of pedagogical theories, instructional design principles, and educational technology.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
