- insights to continuously improve and deliver outstanding customer experience across program.
- alongside Ops and WFM team to Forecasting
- the desired out and drive the process improvement
- possible issues and trends and communicate them to relevant stakeholders
- initiatives and projects to counteract any possible trends.
- Exit Survey (CSAT & DSAT) and performance trends to provide recommendations for program improvement
- for the delivery of Data & Analytics metrics, forecasting at MBRs and QBRs
Key skills & knowledge:
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Python coding skills, Visualization (Power bi), Advance Excel and data mining (Information Retrieval through text)
