About the role:
As BUSINESS MANAGER- SALES(Modular) , you will be leading a team of Sales leads to execute modular focused residential interior fit-out projects, while delivering a seamless experience to our customers.
Roles & Responsibilities:
To own the Sales funnel & drive Sales Closure
Sales funnel Management.
Output - Higher conversion rate
Achieving sales target of 12-15 projects month on month through a team of 6-10 designers. Output - Get new projects bookings
Customer experience & relationship management
Training designers to do sales & enabling them to achieve their targets
Key Requirements :
5+ years of work-experience as Business Development and Growth
3+ years experience in B2C Sales (Modular)
Bachelor's Qualification: Any - (B-Arch B-Tech, Commerce) - Masters/ Specialization: MBA Tier 2.
