Conducts analyses, prepares presentations, leads calls and is accountable for providing strategic process input to management and stakeholders in support of our order management and client implementation goals. Strong excel skills Detail oriented with strong organizational and prioritization skills Familiarity with front office software (FOX and CAF preferred) Experience working with Business to Business (B2B) contract documents with demonstrated ability to interpret contract language and customer requirements Will embrace our customer service culture supporting both internal and external customers. PTP (Procure To Pay): Vendor invoices processing Payment processing Handling customer service e-mails Vendor setup and maintenance. Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry Execute credit card and bank account reconciliation Obtain appropriate approvals for processing all check requests Assist Onshore financial team as needed RTR ( Record To Report): Good understanding of Journal entries, GL Reconciliations, Intercompany reconciliations, Intercompany accounting, Bank Recs, Financial Reporting, Month end Closure Reports.
