Drive partner brands business. Must have in-depth knowledge of ongoing fashion/ trend in the market Must have knowledge of seasonal sales forecast, Range plan, assortment plan and art of styles selection from the brand range presentation Planning and execution of promotional offers for the brands within the store and various marketing strategies for increasing sales Chart annual business plan strategically to deliver optimum full price sales and minimize returns through detailed liquidation plans during EOSS within budgeted markdown. ? Strategize and drive the team to deliver Top line & Bottom line. Strategize plans to ensure Partner brands be the lead brands in respective category by capturing the mind share of customers and market share of channels. Define expectations / bench marks clearly at all levels to ensure no gaps. Detailing the performance flow and review front end team with actionable data points to quickly fix any gaps. Liaise with brand partners, understand the brand performance and devise plans to maximize sales. Define adequate MDQ & Merchandise mix for each and every individual touch point in liaise with brand / project and VM team. Closely monitor the product lifecycle and take decision periodically to ensure top / bottom line are met with lower inventory holding cost. Liaise with marketing team to monitor the competitor / market activities and compare our preparedness. Liaise with Brand Managers and constantly review the performance with relevant benchmark. Closely engage with the floor team to understand and improvise on planning efficiency. Tracking the consumer feedback through floor team and improvise relentlessly to deliver customer delight. Ensure VM and merchandise planning are adhered to the core to deliver the best customer experience across all touch point. Detailing action plans for festive / lean period business. Periodic reconciliation with Brand partners to have a clear ledger balances. Ensure timely collection to run a smooth cash flow cycle. Experience : 10 to 14 Years Education : MBA / PG diploma Retail Management / Marketing Key Skills and Attributes: Proven track record of success in senior leadership roles within the retail industry, with a focus on business development and sales management. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and drive results. Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Analytical mindset, with proficiency in data analysis and financial management to make informed decisions and optimize business performance. Results-oriented mindset, with a commitment to achieving and exceeding targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and convincingly to diverse audiences. Flexibility to travel within the assigned zone and work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
