We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in the IT industry. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our IT products and services.
*Key Responsibilities:*
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business needs.
- Develop relationships with prospective clients, while maintaining existing client relationships.
- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies and marketing campaigns.
- Generate new leads through networking and cold calling.
- Understand the IT industry trends and our service offerings to effectively pitch our solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and demonstrations of our software solutions.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
*Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in Business Development or Sales, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering results.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
