Job Description: Netradyne is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager/Enterprise Sales to join our team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales qualified opportunities from the ground up and collaborating with Regional Sales Managers in the US to meet and exceed their expectations Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Generate sales qualified opportunities (SQOs) through proactive multi outreach prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking. Business Development: Identify, strategize and engage with potential prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and pain points, and position Netradyne's solutions as viable solutions. Collaboration: Work closely with Regional Sales Managers in the US to align strategies, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction. Account Research: Conduct thorough research on prospects and target accounts to gather valuable insights into their industry, business needs, pain points, decision-making processes, and key stakeholders (RPC). Utilize various resources and tools to gather data and analyse market trends, company details, current solution, fleet size, budget allocation, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for engagement. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders to drive business growth and foster long-term partnerships. Pipeline Management: Manage and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up and engagement to drive conversions. Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline progress, and market insights to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Masters Preferred from reputed university. 3 years’ experience in B2B Sales (US Market). Proven track record of success in business development or sales role, preferably in technology solutions, SAAS or telematics industry. Fluency in English. Ability to speak English as if a native speaker
