Responsibilities:  Responsible for B2B Sales generation.  Forecast sales funnel of the key accounts  Sourcing leads and following up on them for conversion  Conducting market research to understand customer demands in and initiate planning as per seasonal demands  Planning and execution of promotional activities to increase sales revenue  Liasoning with finance team and other departments as and when required  Providing account management services to customers  Anticipating future trends and building category/catalog strategies accordingly  Handling sales budgets effectively

Desired candidate profile:  Experience in B2B sales, Managing channel distributors/ partners.  8-10 years of experience.  Should have Start-up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.  Effective communication, positive approach, constructive and willing to learn  Aggressive target achievement approach.  Prefer product handling experience in Home Appliance, Electronics, Laptops, mobiles. Experience: 8+ years Qualification: MBA (Marketing) or a relevant degree
