Looking fo Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager - Staffing<BR><BR>Work Location-Bangalore(Hybrid Mode)<BR><BR>EXP-2-6yrs<BR><BR>IT Staffing or IT recruitment industry exp is mandatory<BR><BR>We need people who are currently near by Bangalore & they should have thr own laptop !.<BR><BR>Business Development Manager/ Sales Manager - Staffing<BR>Minimum 2 yrs+ of experience in Sales, handling Tier-1 Clients, In Staffing Industry<BR> Passionate about IT consulting - Business Development / Lead generation.<BR> The candidate must have top notch communication skills<BR> Manage all communications with Clients/Candidates and Recruiters<BR> Should be good in all Lead Generation activities like Cold Calling, E-Mail Marketing, LinkedIn Search and Client References.<BR>The candidate should be good in account management and good in coordination.<BR>This role is for sales and as well as for recruitment coordinator.<BR>What you'll do:<BR> Build a cohesive, efficient and effective recruiting strategy and team, with scalable programs and processes.<BR> Work closely with stakeholders in the HR, Operations, Compensation, Inclusion to align on a go-to-market strategy.<BR> Use data to continuously improve our overall effectiveness and efficiency<BR> Be a key contributor to the Recruiting leadership team by providing insights into hiring trends, contributing to building an inclusive team culture, and problem solving broader recruiting challenges<BR> Responsible for lead generation for staffing business.<BR> Meeting with different stack holders for lead generation of business.<BR> Generating new IT Staffing Business in the domestic market.<BR> Explore new territory for the new staffing business<BR> Maintain good relationships with existing businesses and generate more business with them.<BR> Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives for the team and self.<BR> Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels<BR>What we're looking for:<BR> Full cycle recruiting experience, Cold Calling, Lead Generation.<BR> Ability to build a repeatable, scalable hiring strategy<BR> Independence, organization, creativity, and data savvy<BR> Strong leadership skills, including empathy, direct communication, development of talent of varying levels, career pathing, problem solving, and leading with courage and vulnerability.<BR> Must be having 1 yrs+ in Staffing sales exposure.<BR> Must have exposure to IT Staffing sales.<BR> Experience in handling large business accounts will be added advantage.<BR> Excellent communication and negotiation skill is a must
