Job Title: Sales Manager - IT Services
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a minimum of 5 years of IT Services sales experience, preferably in the Middle East and South East Asia region, to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in generating revenue, managing sales teams, and driving new business through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
Responsibilities: • Generate qualified leads and manage a sales pipeline of approximately $1 million per year.
• Perform sales activities, including prospecting, cold-calling, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain a contact database and verify leads using LinkedIn and other lead generation tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to qualify leads and manage the sales lifecycle.
• Manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance and support for their day-to-day activities.
• Leverage marketing and campaign strategies to engage with key audience segments and drive revenue.
• Manage and optimize account-based marketing efforts to generate more revenue from existing leads.
• Maintain a minimum of 30 cold calls per day.
• Conduct market research and communicate relevant trends to stakeholders.
• Understand ValueLabs market propositions end-to-end and align them with zonal strategy.
• Qualify prospects and develop an approach strategy for target groups.
• Generate leads through calls, emails, and meetings, and convert them into opportunities.
• Collaborate with technical SMEs, Legal, Finance, Marketing, and Bid management teams to create proposals.
• Contribute to sales enablement through learning and content creation.
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from generation to closure. • Achieve sales and financial targets for the region.
• Drive 'old-new' sales and handle account escalations effectively.
• Ensure timely completion of collections as defined by Finance.
Requirements:
• 3+ years of sales experience in the Middle East and South East Asia region.
• Solid experience in IT Services sales, with a focus on B2B, SaaS, and high-tech industries.
• Proven ability to generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build genuine rapport. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.com.
• Experience leading an inside sales organization in a high-growth company is preferred.
• Prior exposure to South Asia/Middle East/Saudi market is preferred.
• Solid understanding of the end-to-end Sales lifecycle.
• Knowledge of industry verticals and experience interacting with the C-suite is a plus.
