The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done.

As a Talent Coordinator, you will actively support hiring projects to help the business achieve commercial plans & targets. This role supports the operations/ fleet business and is responsible for identifying suitable candidates internationally, reviewing applications, and screening candidates.


  • Source and interview potential candidates, providing a good candidate experience.
  • Manage our internal recruitment processes from start to finish, collaborating with the operations and wider People team.
  • Conduct research to identify new avenues to source talent.
  • Build and manage projects on LinkedIn.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as updating hiring trackers & feedback forms.
  • Draft Job Descriptions for the business.
  • Schedule hiring days & drives across multiple countries.
  • Manage the talent database, including contact information and skill lists of applicants and potential future applicant
  • Maintain hiring data and dashboards for business reporting.


What you'll need:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Experience recruiting for fleet, rider or operation roles.
  • Previous experience either working for or managing 3P manpower provider is desirable.
  • Previous experience dealing with high volume recruitment targets either internally or with an agency
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong bias for action.
  • Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities
  • End-to-end recruitment process knowledge
