Company Description Delhi Poetry Slam is a literary organization that hosts events, festivals, writing residencies, workshops, and competitions. Our mission is to empower people through poetry and create a platform for self-expression and connection. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Content Writer at Delhi Poetry Slam. As a Content Writer, you will be responsible for creating compelling content for email newsletters, social media posts, interviews and website. Occasionally, you will edit books and anthologies, while maintaining communication with all authors. Passion for poetry is important. The content you write will be around the themes of poetry: such as writing prompts, trending styles of poetry, interviews with authors, invitation for submissions and important announcements. You will be expected to work independently and remotely, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. Qualifications Web Content Writing, Writing, and Research skills Experience in content strategy and content management Ability to write engaging and creative content Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Passion for poetry and the arts Experience in marketing and social media management is a plus Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is preferred To apply for the job at Delhi Poetry Slam, please share your resume here.
