  • Develop new sales relationships for campaign execution for advertisers.
  • Deliver agreed revenue targets.
  • Be the Marketing advocate for the client.
  • Participate in quarterly/annual planning exercises with clients to identify the growth of investments.
  • To ensure detailed and accurate records are maintained.
  • Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures.


  • Overall, 5+ years of experience in media sales with demonstrable experience in working with agencies and clients in segments such as e-commerce, BFSI etc., is a must. (Will change based on regions and the team getting filled up)
  • Significant experience in selling media such as TV / Radio / Print / OOH / Digital is a must.
  • Understanding of key drivers of media with a working understanding of issues like
  • attribution and tools like ad servers will be a significant plus.
  • Good written, oral, interpersonal and presentation skills, high energy.
