Mission

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Social Media Manager to develop and implement our social media strategy, manage ad campaigns, and foster engagement across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic thinker with a proven track record in social media management, particularly in the lifestyle or creative industries.


Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy and Execution:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand's goals and target audience.
  • Plan and oversee campaigns for product launches, brand promotions, and other initiatives.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends and incorporate innovative approaches into the social media strategy.


Content Creation and Management:

  • Lead the creation and curation of engaging and relevant content across various social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and writers to produce high-quality, visually appealing content.
  • Ensure the content aligns with the brand’s tone, style, and messaging.


Ad Campaign Management:

  • Designing and implementing advertising campaigns on various platforms, including Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads.
  • Developing creative and compelling ad copy and visuals in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Crafting targeted ad strategies to reach specific audience segments effectively.
  • Creating detailed media plans for social media advertising campaigns, including platform selection, budget allocation, and scheduling.
  • Adjusting media plans based on campaign performance and market trends.
  • Continuously monitoring the performance of active ad campaigns, using platform-specific tools and analytics.
  • A/B testing different ad elements to determine the most effective strategies.


Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor, track, and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future social media efforts.
  • Regularly report on social media KPIs to senior management and other stakeholders.


Community Engagement and Growth:

  • Foster and maintain an active and engaged community across social platforms.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly, managing customer service aspects via social media.
  • Identify and engage with influencers, brand advocates, and key community members.


Team Leadership and Collaboration:

  • Lead and mentor a team of social media specialists and content creators.
  • Collaborate with other departments (like marketing, PR, sales) to ensure a cohesive brand strategy and message across all channels.
  • Manage external partnerships with social media platforms, agencies, and vendors.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the lifestyle, fashion, or creative industries.
  • Strong experience in social media advertising and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and creative thinking skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and growth.
