<p>Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.</p><p>Actively seek out new sales opportunities through Phone calling, networking and social media.</p><p>Provide buyers with details of properties that fit their requirements in terms of price, size, location and arrange visits to view the properties.</p><p>Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.</p><p>Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections</p><p>Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them</p><p>Collaborate with team members to achieve better results and responsible for achieving sales target.</p><p>Must have a knowledge about the development and advantages of investment in north Bangalore.</p><p> Good Communication Skills : English & Kannada are mandatory</p><p> </p><p><br></p>
