Position: Business Development Executive ( UK Process )

Shift Timing: 12 Noon to 9 PM- Monday to Friday (WORK FROM OFFICE ONLY)

Location: Drive -in Road, Ahmedabad


Key Responsibilities:

  • Place outbound calls to prospects using a prepared script to introduce our services.
  • Assess the needs and interests of prospects to determine if they are a good fit for our offerings.
  • Schedule meetings for the Business Development Manager with qualified leads.
  • Prioritize appointments to maximize revenue and sales opportunities.
  • Field incoming calls and convert them into appointments efficiently.
  • Maintain detailed records of calls and appointments using CRM software.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management to enhance sales strategies.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge to explain services to prospective customers effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, multitasking abilities, and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting goals.

Requirements :

  • Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal communication skills are essential for effectively engaging prospects over the phone.
  • Sales Aptitude : Basic understanding of selling techniques and the ability to identify opportunities to advance prospects through the appointment setting.
  • Previous Experience : Prior experience in a sales or telemarketing role is preferred but not required.
  • Bachelor's Degree : While not mandatory, a bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field may be advantageous.
