Role & Responsibilities:
Gather requirements to understand the client’s environment and build strategies to configure Workfront to provide them support in work management. Understand core business needs of clients, crafting recommendations, and implementing industry best practices. Serve as the primary Workfront subject matter expert and Enterprise System Administrator for Workfront and acting as the central point of contact for customers. Lead technical discussions with customers throughout project delivery. Optimize workflows in client’s environment using Workfront and streamline operations to meet and exceed client expectations. Partner with Consulting Delivery Managers, Implementation Consultants, and other stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions for the customer. Deliver reliable, enterprise-grade integrations and facilitate other technical interactions during the customer journey. Oversee technical development and follow standard operating procedure documentation to support technical delivery and integrations of Workfront with 3rd party software. Developing the integration solution (program coding, IPaaS orchestration, ETL configuration, etc.) and identifying necessary Workfront configuration to support the integration approach. Conduct thorough testing and troubleshoot technical issues to by confirming the validity of the problem & ensuring the solution meets functional requirements and is free from errors. Fine-tune configurations based on testing feedback and user acceptance testing (UAT) results. Provide post-deployment technical support for issues related to customer integrations.
Qualifications Education: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in business with equivalent technical work experience Background & Skills: 8+ years overall experience in Software development. 5+ years of experience in client facing integration and/or implementation work (integration, software development, networking, operations, etc.) Proficient with Workfront Core, Fusion, Mulesoft or Dell Boomi or equivalent Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) provider is desired. A solid grasp of APIs and SaaS platforms is essential. Proficient Java, PHP, or Python; and JavaScript, HTML, and CSS Familiarity with relational databases / SQL Experience with Data migration from previous client tools & systems. Proactive, flexible, hands-on result-oriented practitioner with consulting background preferred. Possess a pro-active and flexible approach, coupled with a hands-on and results-oriented mindset. Strong interpersonal communication, analytical and troubleshooting skills are essential, enabling to effectively engage with stakeholders and resolve issues promptly. Ability to prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Deep business process knowledge and consultative focus is pivotal in recommending and implementing optimal solutions tailored to client needs.
