Role Summary : 

A Building Electrical Systems, Networking systems, Fire Fighting Systems & Plumbing Systems Design Engineer is a professional responsible for designing, coordinating, and overseeing the implementation of the electrical, fire fighting, networking and plumbing systems in buildings. Candidate will be responsible for taking care of the entire Electrical Fire Fighting, Networking and Plumbing design of upcoming & existing facilities. This includes Coordination with external vendors, internal Architectural team, HVAC Designer, Project team and Facility & operations team. The ideal candidate should have experience in independently handling projects.

Key Deliverables :

• Design & Engineering of Electrical, Networking, Fire Fighting & Plumbing systems for existing buildings and New Projects.
• Preparation of layouts, SLD’s and interlinking of all the aspects with Electrical, Networking, Fire Fighting & Plumbing, HVAC, Interiors and other elements of the building.
• Attend meetings/discussions on the design aspects and give critical inputs on the Electrical, Networking, Fire Fighting & Plumbing part of it. 
• Preparing as built layouts/drawings for executed projects in coordination with the project team, Facility & operations team.
• Ensure all technical aspects of the projects are strictly complied with the regulatory authorities and NBC.
• Visit project sites for gathering inputs for technical feasibility and analysis on a need basis.
• Provides guidance, managerial, technical support to complete the project to the project team. 
• Preparing BOQ for designed Electrical, Networking, Fire Fighting & Plumbing layouts along with detailed specification of materials to be used.
• Ensure to monitor the compliance reports and get necessary approvals from the regulatory authorities on the drawings on a need basis.
• Be SPOC for any Electrical, Networking, Fire Fighting & Plumbing related issues at sites and should be in a position to give technical advice to resolve the issue on time without hampering any operations.
