Content creators are the primary source of discovery since they have their audience’s trust and promise authenticity. But people don’t know where to buy the products their favorite content creators have displayed in their content. Wishlink is creating a new way of shopping online by building a discovery-led shopping experience based on creators. Creators know what their audience wants and likes, and the audience places their trust on creators for product recommendations.


Our Mission

Ecommerce hasn’t changed in the last 30 years with respect to how users discover new products. Browsing through thousands and thousands of products is a hassle. It is changing now with content creators coming into the picture and helping users discover new products across millions of SKUs on thousands of eCommerce websites. Our mission is to build a hyper-personalized shopping experience for every user, which is creator-led, so that every user can get exactly what they are looking for. We are on a mission to define new charters at the intersection of two of the most prominent aspects of the internet - e-commerce and social media.

Team & Investors

We’re 3 founders, Chandan, Shaurya, and Divyansh, friends from college with a shared passion to solve real-world problems at scale and consume content for hours (XD). We have raised a seed round of ~$7M, led by Elevation Capital and Fundamentum (marquee investor with strong consumer tech and products portfolio) and an amazing cohort of 40+ angel investors.


What are we looking for?


Overview:


As a Key Account Manager specializing in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and expanding relationships with key clients/ brands. This position requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the e-commerce landscape.


Responsibilities :

1. Client Relationship Management:

● Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients.

● Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.

● Act as the main point of contact for client communication.


2. Account Growth Strategy:

● Develop and implement strategies to maximize account growth.

● Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

● Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the execution of growth strategies.


3. Problem Resolution:

● Address client concerns and proactively find solutions.

● Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve issues promptly.

● Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.


4. Analytics and Reporting:

● Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client accounts.

● Provide regular reports to clients on the performance of their accounts.

● Use data insights to make informed recommendations for improvement.


5. Industry Knowledge:

● Stay updated on e-commerce and D2C industry trends.

● Provide clients with valuable insights and recommendations based on industry developments.

● Contribute to the development of products or services in line with industry advancements.


Qualifications:

● 2+ years of experience as a Key Account Manager in the e-commerce or D2C sector.

● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

● Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

● In-depth knowledge of the e-commerce landscape and industry trends.

● Ability to think on feet, street smart


What would you be doing?

● Strong ability to work independently, build processes that scale

● Identify brands suited for partnerships (by category); create strategy and roadmap for brand integrations

● Create and evolve brand-side pitch decks

● Work closely with multiple brands on a daily basis to improve value proposition

● Identify brand side pain points to identify new features/ offerings; create strategies on how we can enter into deeper integrations with brands

● Be on point to develop and farm relationships with key heads at multiple brands
