Functional Integration Analyst. Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise application integrations, with a focus on ERP systems (e.g. SAP) and consumer-facing applications (e.g. Business Central, Shopify, Salesforce, Apps) . Proven experience as Integration Analyst, implementing interfaces for large programs in the CPG/Retail industries. Solid understanding of Data systems, SaaS applications and ETL processes with experience in integrating heterogeneous enterprise applications including premise, Cloud, and 3rd party services. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders . Quick learner who exhibits resiliency and tenacity in the face of challenge. Have huge passion for personal growth and development. Roles & Responsibilities: Owns the Functional Design of integrations with Backoffice systems for business applications in the consumer value stream (viz. D2C physical commerce, e-commerce, CDP, et al) Works with Business Analysts in each of the sub-value stream in Consumer domain on one side and the Integration CoE, SAP CoE on the other to ensure functional requirements from an integration perspective are mapped and managed successfully (viz. message transformations, routing logic, et al). Support the BAU teams in impact assessment for the functional integration design topics arising out of releases either on the Consumer business applications side or on the Back-Office applications landscape. Custodian of all Functional Design documentation for the Back-Office integrations. Ensure that the corresponding Technical Design documentation are also kept in sync by the respective CoEs. Validate the integration designs by getting into details of product documentations, perform and support POC’s at the solution MVP stage. Good understanding in technical aspects of solution deliveries which includes ERP’s like SAP/Microsoft D365, Middleware systems like Mulesoft/SAP PO, MFT’s, SaaS solution API’s like Shopify, Coupa, Workday, Open platforms etc. Responsible for technically transforming the E2E processes for respective product areas (Process Maps, Data flow diagrams, mapping transformations etc) in line with the technical platform functionalities. Document and demonstrate solutions by publishing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams. Partner with Solution Owners and continue relationship with CoE team for the delivery of integration designs. Partner with Solution Architects to support Application Support team on continuous improvement opportunities around BO Integrations and advise operations team which impact customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for appropriate actions. Plan and lead integration tests with all the involved peripheral system application teams. Keeps up to date with technology changes and identifies opportunities for implementation in solutions. Overall, ensure that all existing interfaces are functioning as designed and meeting the needs of the business.
