Global Partnerships Manager About Us BeatRoute is an enterprise-grade Sales Enablement platform that goes beyond automation and helps customers achieve their sales outcomes with its unique goal-driven sales technology. More than 100 Retail & Distribution companies such as those in the Consumer Goods industry rely on BeatRoute to solve their sales problems and make their execution goal oriented. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Collaborate with the marketing team and create a strong pipeline of partner prospects. Understanding partner business models, their needs and requirements to partner. Creating and demonstrating the value of BeatRoute products to partners using Business Cases/ ROI models and showcase joint solution offerings possible. Aligning with various stakeholders in the prospect’s organization. Formulate and implement an automated and highly scalable partnership recruiting and engagement program for SI’s, Consulting firms and Value-Added Resellers globally to enable them to quickly get onboard so they can co-sell and resell BeatRoute. Establish and maintain a deep understanding of the overall BeatRoute product portfolio and the competitive landscape Understand and study the BeatRoute partner model and deployments across industries and come up with industry best practices and use cases based on our current offerings. Ensure partners receive technical, techno-functional and sales enablement to ensure that they can co-sell/resell and successfully implement and support the BeatRoute platform. Respond to objections during solution presentations and articulate the value and return on investment delivered Liaise with the Engineering, Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to provide consultative product expertise for all customer needs Lastly, build a healthy partner ecosystem to lead new market penetration efforts Ideal Candidate: 5+ years of experience in on boarding partners such as SI/Consulting firms, Agencies and VAR companies preferably in SaaS industry Experience working with Enterprise clients through partners and channel relationships. Experience in conducting training workshops. Proven track record of enterprise pre-sales and consulting experience, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of solutions SaaS products through partners to the enterprise market.
