Job Description Overall 10 - 15 years of experience. At least 4 years of leading development team experience of big team size Experience in the Migration and Modernization projects is an advantage Lead and coach a diverse set of engineering teams ; Provide technical vision and strategy for the team; design and lead a multi-year technical roadmap, balancing short- and long-term technology investments. Good understanding of the software development life cycle and experience with a variety of development & testing techniques / methodologies Expertise of working in all phases of SDLC including Developing, Automation & Testing Experience in working with cross functional teams Excellent verbal and written communication skill. Experience in Leading a high performance teams with excellent People Management skills

Ability to communicate effectively in Japanese, both spoken and written. This includes technical documentation, meetings, and collaboration with Japanese-speaking team members or clients. Technical Vocabulary:

Familiarity with technical terminology in Japanese to navigate documentation, requirements, and support effectively.
