Generate leads and sales opportunities to meet the company's business, growth plans. Identifying and winning major Interior & fit-out projects, developing an intimate knowledge of key accounts, and responding quickly and effectively to tender. Visiting customers, understanding their requirements & giving presentations for the Office Interior fit-out project. Prepare presentations & submit Quotations in-line with customer requirements. Visiting Corporates for requirement generation. Manage and act on sales leads for the maximum target. Share various designs and formats, negotiate prices,s and close deals in the best possible manner with customers. Prepare sales report as required by the company. Responsibility for Bill submission & ensuring Payment recovery from Clients on time. Increasing client base. Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. Writing business proposals.
