Role Description :-
This is a full-time on-site role as an AVP US Mortgage Servicing located in Chennai.
As an AVP US Mortgage Servicing, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with the role - people management (looking for strong leader who can manage team of 600+ FTE's) and someone with enterprising quality to deal with stakeholders and designing the road maps, solutions. Gets involved into RPA, transformation and change management initiative to streamline the process ensuring compliance with regulations, and driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of experience in mortgage servicing operations
- In-depth knowledge of US mortgage servicing (Active and default) regulations and processes
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Relevant certifications in mortgage servicing is a plus
