Role:-Java/Azure Support Engineer

Experience : 5 + Years

Required skills : Java, Node JS/Angular JS, UNIX Shell scripting, Spring Boot, Micro Services, Cosmos DB/SQL, Knowledge on Azure Data Pipelines (ADF) & CI/CD, Knowledge on ETL framework, Experience working on Windows OS/Troubleshooting

Job location : Hyderabad


Key Responsibilities:


  • Build deep knowledge of the business and understand the end-to-end customer journey.
  • Partner with stakeholders to improve the design, visibility, availability, scalability, and performance of services.
  • Efficiently automate manual processes, deep dive into incidents, and facilitate blameless postmortems.
  • Improve alert management, decision making, analysis, and various optimization techniques by measuring data using standardized telemetry.
  • Support planned changes with deployment, post deployment monitoring and create new dashboards or alerts as needed to monitor new changes in system
  • Evaluate open-source and vendor products, create a proof of concepts and migrate applications to the external cloud.
  • Adhere to crucial company controls that are necessary to meet internal or external audit requirements.
  • Build value-proposition presentations, case studies, and accelerators.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, technical operations, and running large-scale applications.
  • 4+ years of experience in developing or supporting Java, Node JS/Angular JS, UNIX Shell scripting, Spring Boot, Micro Services, Cosmos DB/SQL, Experience working on Windows OS/Troubleshooting
  • Should have a good understanding of Azure Data Pipelines (ADF) & CI/CD
  • Should have a good understanding of Knowledge on ETL framework
  • Hands-on experience in working with high-volume, mission-critical applications
  • Very good understanding of the IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework and various IT Service Management (ITSM) tools available in the marketplace.
  • Prior experience in SRE processes.
  • Deep appreciation of IT tools, techniques, systems, and solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills along with experience in driving triage calls which involves different stake holders
  • Has creative problem-solving skills related to cross-functional issues amidst the changing priorities.
  • Should be flexible and resourceful to swiftly manage the changing operational goals and demands.
  • Good experience in handling escalations and take complete responsibility and ownership of all critical issues to get a logical closure.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts
