Responsibilities: 1. Partner with Doctors and Hospitals to establish major alliances and facilitate patient referrals 2. Guide and cultivate the Business Development Team's growth across the region, overseeing their progress and ensuring target achievement 3. Identify and cultivate new crowdfunding avenues and patient referral channels within the healthcare sector 4. Set revenue and goals for the BD team, and manage the team's weekly and monthly pipelines 5. Provide valuable market feedback to company leadership, contributing insights on competitive offerings, customer needs, and product development opportunities 6. Oversee the P&L of the entire region, ensuring financial targets are met Required Skills: 1. Previous startup experience in the medical or healthcare sector 2. 5+ years of experience in B2C sales role 3. Proven success in team management 4.
