Oracle Fusion Development Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Development Lead to join our team. As an Oracle Fusion Development Lead, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the technical aspects of the Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders from the business, IT peers, internal and external functional consultants, and developers, to ensure the successful delivery of Oracle Fusion Applications solutions that enable our business solutions. Your expertise will be critical in guiding the technical design, development, and integration of Oracle Fusion applications to achieve optimal performance and scalability. Responsibilities: lead the technical design, development and extension of Oracle Fusion Applications solutions. with stakeholders and functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs. development support for the Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements / Extensions, and Workflow (RICEW) of Oracle Fusion to meet specific business needs. the development and implementation of integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud and other systems/3rd parties, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation. technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for system enhancements, upgrades, and migrations. and enforce technical standards, best practices, and coding guidelines for Oracle Fusion Cloud development. code reviews and provide technical guidance to ensure high-quality code that aligns with best practices and performance optimization. with development, integration, and security teams to ensure adherence to architectural designs and standards during the development lifecycle. complex technical issues related to Oracle Fusion Cloud applications and provide timely resolutions. up-to-date with the latest Oracle Fusion Cloud releases, features, and industry trends to provide proactive recommendations and enhancements. Requirements: or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. technical understanding and experience in of one or more of the following Oracle fusion modules (PPM, HCM, CX, Finance and Procurement) or comparable Oracle EBS modules . understanding of Oracle Cloud Applications architecture and development framework experience in customizing /extending Oracle Fusion Cloud applications. working knowledge/expertise in one or more of the following - SQL, PL/SQL, Java, XML, JDeveloper, Oracle BI Publisher, APEX, Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), Groovy Scripting, FBDI/ADFDI, Oracle Cloud Development Framework (ADF/MAF), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Process Cloud Service (PCS) of integration patterns, SOA, and RESTful APIs. maintaining /building “bi-directional” integrations between OIC and 3rd party applications. analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud technologies. with cloud-based technologies, infrastructure, and deployment models, such as Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). with DevOps practices and tools, such as version control systems, continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD), and automated testing frameworks. in Data Warehousing, ETL technologies and Analytics solution is a plus.
