Role & Responsibilities:

Ensuring smooth function of policies serviced. Preparing Service presentation based on the coverage's shared by RM Handling queries / escalations via mail and phone for the respective corporate. Processing claims received. Generating weekly MIS as per the client requirement Coordination with the Insurance company, TPA for endorsements and enrolment activity Updating SAIBA. Claims follow-up and maintenance of registers Co-ordination with surveyors / insurers /insured Scrutinizing of claim documents and ensuring correctness Claim calculation checking and follow for claim settlement

Candidate Description:

Should have minimum 3 years of experience into client servicing. Candidates working with Insurance brokers are preferred. Should have sound knowledge of handling Non - EB claims
