Global Business operations Organization maximises Diageo’s Operating Model by supporting standard processes, organisation and systems with effective and efficient shared services across Diageo. The E2EC tower operations is based around 4 global locations, Budapest, Bogota, Manila and India. Each of these centres has a Service Delivery team passionate about delivering the E2EC Service to specific countries. The Governance organisation are the Process Owners for Order To Cash across Diageo, for both GBO and non- GBO serviced SAP Markets. They are accountable for the design of the process, and must ensure it is efficient, effective and compliant at all times. Dimensions. Qualifications and Experience Required: 10+ years experience in Order & Billing Management or related commercial area in SSC and/or FMCG environment with a high degree of commercial acumen Experience of designing building and operating Order Management execution in SAP A tried leader, with extensive experience in the end to end commercial experience process, either in a CPG Company, consulting company or with a centralised Customer to Cash model Must have experience in both process execution and process improvement and ideally Process Governance and compliance, Lean Six sigma or equivalent qualification Must be a guide in designing and delivering customer facing experiences with a focus on business transformation Good Commercial Insight which can be used to create compelling reason to change and sound cases. An individual who has the ability to influence across a broad network of the organization, with the ability to effect change at all levels of the organisation and within multiple markets Strong business partnering skills with desire to make a difference beyond their own team Tried ability to align multiple partners and engage the organisation efficiently This is a Global role that covers all Markets and Shared service centres. Must understand local Market requirements and blend these with the Global standard. Works closely with the other tower governance teams and the Senior managers in Service Delivery Leadership Responsibilities: Tried mentor, with excellent management and team leadership skills, also able to train individuals and to influence colleagues who are not direct reports Able to both Set Strategy and decide how it should be implemented Bring clarity to complex situations and seeks to find solutions and anticipate issues Multi - Task across very diverse issues/countries/teams Lead multiple concurrent activities and deadlines in a fast paced and often pressurized environment Ability to get down into detail when required and produce concise summaries. Ability to strike the right balance to align global and local requirements
