Job Title: Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

Location: Gurgaon / Mumbai (247,wework -Vikhroli)


Job Description:


The Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment strategy and execution for all the departments while leveraging data and analytics to drive decision-making and improve talent acquisition processes. This role will manage the creation and maintenance of recruitment reports and dashboards to provide insights into hiring trends, performance, and opportunities for improvement. The Senior Manager will work closely with hiring managers, and senior leadership to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor the talent acquisition team, providing guidance and support to ensure success in meeting hiring targets.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand workforce planning and recruitment needs.
  • Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels such as social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking events to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a strong employer brand to attract and retain talent.
  • Create, maintain, and improve recruitment reports and dashboards to track and analyze key metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, diversity hiring, and candidate experience.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on recruitment data to inform hiring strategies and improve processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with HR colleagues on talent management and retention initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and vendors as needed.
  • Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) in all hiring practices.


Qualification & Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 5-6 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong experience in creating and managing recruitment reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • In-depth understanding of recruitment metrics and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with recruitment tools and technologies, such as applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job boards.
  • Proven ability to use data and analytics to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with DEI initiatives and strategies.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
