AM/Manager - Financial Reporting

You will be responsible for financial reporting of the organisation within one of the fastest growing global brands. Working closely with the different cross-functional teams, your portfolio will include Preparation of monthly profit and loss account as per internal reporting formats, preparation of quarterly/half yearly/annual Financial Statement as per IND AS along with all the notes and schedules. • Preparation of quarterly/half yearly/annual Financial Statement as per IND AS along with all the notes and schedules • Preparation of monthly profit and loss account as per internal reporting formats. • Preparation of various monthly MIS for management. • Responsible for statutory audit, Internal audit and KFC/ICFR. • Responsible for DOA and SOP’s and making changes as and when required. • Responsible for monthly books closure by ensuring all the provisions have been captured for all function and plants and trial is closed on time. • Analyse of monthly PL and BS and find out the variance and mitigation plan. • Responsible for managing fixed assets of the Company and ensuring assets are physically available and proper Depreciation is charged on monthly basis. • Responsible for Insurance of all the assets of the Company, timely renewal and details/documents submission for settlement of claims. • Responsible for Inter-company reconciliations • Ownership of Chart of account and cost centres • Responsible for all the compliances • Ad hoc task as and when requires The key areas candidates should have worked on: Ind AS, SAP Skills: Have worked in SAP. Have handled audits independently. Understanding of AP/Treasury/Taxation will be added advantage Educational Level: CA is must Working Experience Must have: 7 – 9 years
