Job Description Job Summary   If you live and breathe digital marketing, we want to talk to you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels. Your major role is in enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers. Key Responsibility Area Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Design, build and maintain our social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads. Monitoring and optimising Google Adwords campaign to meet objectives w.r.t. time, budget and agenda. Maintain partnerships with media agencies and vendors By converting site traffic through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content (including offers). Proactively look for alternation opportunities of digital collaborations & PR. Requirements Brand Positioning and Awareness: Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning in the wedding industry. Implement brand-building campaigns across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, and industry-specific websites. Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate high-quality leads through targeted digital campaigns tailored to engaged couples and those planning weddings. Optimize landing pages, forms, and calls-to-action to increase lead capture and conversion rates. Content Creation and Marketing: Create compelling and visually appealing content (e.g., blog posts, videos, infographics) that resonates with the target audience. Implement content marketing strategies to attract, engage, and educate couples at different stages of the wedding planning process. Social Media Management: Manage and grow the companys presence on social media platforms frequented by engaged couples, such as Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. Develop and execute social media campaigns to showcase wedding photography and videography services, testimonials, and behind-the-scenes content. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure for relevant keywords and local search terms related to wedding photography and videography. Improve organic search visibility and rankings on search engine results pages (SERPs) to attract organic traffic. Paid Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads. Allocate ad spend effectively to maximize return on investment (ROI) and achieve cost-effective customer acquisition. Email Marketing and Automation: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, promote services, and drive conversions. Implement marketing automation workflows to personalise communication based on user behaviour and engagement levels. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with past clients through email newsletters, special offers, and referral programs. Encourage satisfied clients to share their experiences and reviews on social media and review platforms. Performance Tracking and Analytics: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversion rates, engagement metrics, and customer acquisition costs. Use data analytics tools to analyse campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions for optimization. Market Research and Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand wedding industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies. Stay updated on emerging technologies, platforms, and marketing trends relevant to the wedding photography and videography industry.
