Position Overview: To streamline the entire vendor journey, from initial contact and discussions through to onboarding, SKU cataloguing, long-term vendor engagement and other process improvements. The goal is to provide vendors with actionable data on sales, availability, and ads to enable timely decision-making, enhance conversion rates, reduce manual tasks, and ensure best-in-class processes for the company.
Key Responsibilities: - Benchmarking and Gap Analysis: Identify and evaluate best-in-class practices in vendor onboarding, cataloguing, and engagement. Conduct comprehensive analyses to pinpoint gaps in current processes, engaging with all relevant stakeholders for deep insights. - Strategic Planning and Documentation: Develop detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and collaborate closely with the product team and other stakeholders to design and implement process and product improvements from inception to deployment. - Implementation and Training: Ensure smooth rollout of new processes and products by developing clear Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and providing thorough training and tutorials for all involved stakeholders. - Continuous Improvement: Monitor, update, and enhance product solutions continuously, incorporating feedback and staying abreast of both internal and external developments to introduce new features and improvements. - Efficiency and Automation: Strive to make processes more efficient and effective, minimizing manual interventions and errors through automation and other innovative solutions. - Conversion Optimization: Focus on improving the cataloguing process to enhance the visibility and appeal of vendor products, thereby increasing conversion rates on the platform. - Long-Term Vendor Engagement: Develop and maintain strategies for ongoing vendor engagement, ensuring vendors have access to the right data and tools to optimize their presence and performance on the platform. Closely work with other teams to ensure and maintain best in class industry practices.
