About the Role: We are looking for an Inventory Manager at OZiva Responsibilities: Oversee and manage inventory levels across multiple warehouses to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing stock outs and excess inventory. Utilize analytics and Excel proficiency to analyze inventory data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights to improve inventory management processes. Develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory turnover, reduce aging inventory, and minimize inventory losses. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, logistics, and sales to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and ensure alignment of inventory management strategies with business objectives. Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory management such as stockout rates, inventory aging, and inventory turnover, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to communicate inventory performance, trends, and insights to key stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. Proven experience in inventory management, preferably overseeing inventory across multiple warehouses. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze large datasets. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement inventory control strategies to optimize inventory levels and minimize stockouts and excess inventory. Experience in working with cross-functional teams to coordinate inventory management activities and achieve common objectives. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data and insights to both technical and non-technical audiences. Based in Mumbai and able to work in-office regularly.
