Rewards Capability Centre

Aon's Rewards Capability Centre team specializes in the review, and analysis of compensation data, & helps client’s organizations with best-in-class compensation analytics and benchmarking services. These tailored solutions enable firms to evaluate their standing vis-a-via other organizations.


Role Description:

The incumbent in this role will be a part of AON’s Rewards Capability Centre team and will drive and lead projects to benchmark salary data. The process involves analysis of data including rigorous auditing, querying clients for doubts/ clarification, removal of salary outliers keeping in mind the market benchmarks, if any, and finally report generation.


Skills & Knowledge Requirements:

Any Graduate – Preferably (BBA, BBE, B.Com, B.Com (H), B.sc. (Maths/Statistics), B.A( Maths/Statistics/Economics) Any Postgraduate


Mandatory Skills (Specialized)

• Advanced analytical skills to create insights from data.

• Highly proficient with MS Excel (Multiple Lookups, NESTED IF, Pivot Table/Pivot Chart Report and creating charts), PowerPoint and Word including basics of automation (VBA knowledge would be preferred)

• Advance Knowledge of Statistic functions like Standard Deviation, Correlation, Variance and Regression

• Advance Project Management and Stakeholder Management

• Demonstrates advanced coaching and mentoring skills.

• Advanced business communication skills (email and conference calls) and fluent with English language. Should be able to coherently and confidently communicate thoughts and ideas verbally, non-verbally and in writing.


Role Responsibilities:

1. Ensuring timely and effective consultant support and delivery of compensation analytics assignment through a team of analysts and team leads. Accountability and overall ownership of all project delivery across Industries

a. Data Cleaning, Query resolution, Error logs, Core sheets creation

b. Qualitative and quantitative Analysis of compensation & benefits data

c. Report presentation and audit

2. Team Development

a. Develop working knowledge of all processes and content aspects of projects as well as industry vertical specific knowledge (e.g. McLagan studies) for respective team members

b. Plan and drive knowledge sharing sessions for the team

c. Drive Team Engagement, hiring and retention

d. Create and Develop process SME's to facilitate back up planning and knowledge sharing

e. Training & Development across RCC team, to plan and coordinate training gaps & need identification for the colleagues for 2024, Connect with Managers & HR to improvise skill based trainings required

3. MIS and process management

a. Responsible for key trackers and dashboard on team utilization, database status, work plan and projects

b. Drive process improvement through automation, process efficiency/ streamlining, quality improvement of deliverables, developing and managing audit processes

4. Knowledge Management and Change Management

a. Drive Industry awareness and market trends for better job mapping and build regular products for annuity clients

b. Ensuring effective Radford Implementation, coordinating, planning and managing transition milestones and ensuring team readiness through trainings
