Assistant Manager Technical Services

Main Responsibilities:

1. Acting as technical lead or support to sales team of Industry, Construction and Building Acoustics

segment to cater customer requirements.

2. Proficient use of designing software like Auto-CAD, Draft sight etc. for preparing drawings,

installation plans.

3. Understanding the application, customer needs and proposing technically right solution in

coordination with application engineering team based at HQ.

4. Coordination with product management, application engineering, quality management departments

at HQ in Austria

5. Coordination with client design team for technical discussions.

6. Preparing technical proposals for Project Tenders and playing lead role on technical background

during execution of project contract.

7. Preparing and maintaining technical documents, technical offers, project/enquiry database etc.

8. Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes for failures (if any) and

recommend solutions to correct failures .

9. Site visits for technical and supervision support, mock up installations.

10. Vendor/Supplier management

a. Vendor development

b. Vendor management- order processing, stocks, quality, 3rd party audits and coordination

to ensure timely deliveries to customers.

Place of work: Pune

Qualification: BE/B-Tech Mechanical/Civil Engineering. Additional qualification in technical background will be

an added advantage. Engineering graduates will have a preference.

Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in engineering industry)

CTC: 5-6 lacs per annum depending on the experience and qualifications.
