Core understanding of accounting processes and regulations Financial reporting and analysis Risk management and internal controls Credit analysis and assessment Partnering with Business to identify and mitigate the potential market risks. Person Characteristics The individual should have proven experience as a “self-starter” with a strong element of dynamism and the ability to move fast and get things done. To be successful you should: Outstanding presentation, reporting and communication skills Commercial orientation with the ability to connect financial numbers with underlying business Proficiency with spreadsheets and databases ; Word , Excel, and Power point Technology Savvy and leverage technology for the role. Experience & Qualification Chartered Accountant (1st or 2nd Attempt) Company Secretary (preferably) 1 to 3 years of post-qualification experience
