The Role The Unit L&D, supports employee performance manages all the learning activities at the unit. The incumbent will be delivering the standard training programs as well as need based custom tailored solutions. The Unit L&D is responsible for the training of all employees across all broad groups. He or she should possess a strong record of facilitation, on job observations, counseling, motivating and content creation. Your responsibilities will include: Partner with the Corporate L&D to lay out the Training Plan for the unit. Closely work with the Leadership and HODs to identify the training needs of different staff using standard and need-based tools. Co-create appropriate training solutions and pedagogy. Create and publish the unit training calendar on a periodic basis. Plan, Organize and Execute the training calendar. Drive New Employee Role Based Induction and Functional training using suitable and recommended methodologies. Conduct on job observations and Audits to measure training impact. Partner with other departments and departmental trainers to ensure that the departmental training execution happens as per their calendars. Adhere to the standard documentation process. Maintain hard and digital copies of training records Maximize the usage of LMS at the unit. Continuously evaluate current practices, explore new ways of imparting training so as to support employee performance. Ideal Profile Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in a reputed company into service sector. Excellent facilitation skills. Inclination and ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders. Track record of managing training of a large employee base with diverse training needs. Proven track record of consistently delivering effective training interventions. Keen interest to understand business needs. Self motivation to drive employee training and motivation. What's on Offer?
