As a key member of our US staffing division, the Account Manager/Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving the growth of our IT staffing services. This dual role involves managing a team of recruiters and expanding our client base across the US. Key responsibilities include: Client Acquisition and Management: Develop new client accounts including direct clients and Tier 1 vendors, focusing on IT staffing needs in the USA. Maintain and enhance relationships with existing clients, ensuring continual engagement and identifying new staffing opportunities. Recruitment Cycle Management: Oversee the complete recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to placing them in appropriate roles, working closely with your recruitment team. Team Leadership: Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing motivation and mentorship to achieve team and individual goals. Revenue and Growth: Be accountable for meeting or exceeding set revenue targets through effective client and account management. Networking and Relationship Building: Use your existing relationships and network within the IT and staffing industry to identify new business opportunities and partnerships for IT service projects. Desired Candidate Profile Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in a professional setting, with at least 6 years focused on business development and account management within the US staffing industry. Skills: Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Client Relationships: Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with direct clients and consistently achieving placement targets. Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the US IT staffing and services market, with a strong network of industry contacts.
