About the Client: Our client is a leading IT MNC that provides engineering research and development (ERD) services, having presence globally Roles & Responsibilities: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of Teamcenter PLM projects within specified timelines and budgets. Oversee the implementation and customization of Teamcenter PLM solutions to meet the unique requirements of clients. Ensure the successful integration of Teamcenter PLM with existing systems and processes. Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their expertise and availability. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster their professional growth. Work closely with business partners to understand their PLM requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables. Develop and manage the revenue portfolio for Teamcenter PLM projects, ensuring profitability and sustainable growth. Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to support their professional development and career growth. Preferred Skills/Experience: Demonstrated track record as a Teamcenter PLM Delivery Manager Proficient in overseeing and directing delivery teams Ability to liaise with business partners and Scrum teams to grasp PLM needs and offer specialized advice on solution implementation Capable of managing revenue portfolio, as well as UT, CM, and other operational parameters Offer mentorship and participate in the formulation of development plans for team members 18+ years of experience Locations: Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mysore, Chennai (Work From Office)
