Business Development Manager - Enterprise (North)

Videonetics is looking for an experienced and seasoned BD & Sales professional as BD/Sales Manager for the Enterprise/Commercials/Industrial vertical in India market for the Northern region of India.


Primary Responsibilities:
  • Establish relationships with key ELV/Security consultants/architects/PMCs/ system integrators & end customers.
  • Good Presentation capability to meet end-user objectives using our solutions.
  • Draft and present proposals for contract acquisitions
  • Locates or propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners, discovering and exploring opportunities
  • End-to-end lead management from its identification, development, acquisition and delivery.
  • Screens potential business deals by analysing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities and preparing action plans to achieve the same.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Identifying & recruiting the best suitable partner network to increase market penetration nationally
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
  • Sustain & increase market share in the assigned territory.
  • Achieve assigned growth targets and KPIs.
  • Develop growth of target verticals in a planned and sustained manner.
  • Promote and develop a value-selling culture.
  • Deliver sales revenue on budget objectives.
  • Analyse and report the market intelligence.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned from time to time.

  • Solid track record of over-quota achievement in technology sales
  • Vertical industry knowledge. Strong exposure to Enterprise/Commercials/ Corporate/Industrial and/IT and ITES vertical is a MUST with a ready relationship with key ELV consultants/Architects.


Qualification and Experience
  • Minimum Graduate (Engineering Preferred) with Degree or Diploma in Business Management.
  • Minimum 10+ years of field sales and/or sales management experience. At least 5 Years of interaction and pitching to Corporate clients on Solution Sales.
  • Exposure & Experience in Video Surveillance & Security Product Industry in the region with established contacts in the industry.
  • Exposure & Experience in VMS, Video Analytics Software domain will be an added advantage.
